Real and realistic case studies for classroom discussion, including force majeure, hardship, sanctions, SaaS contracts, CRM disputes, arbitration clauses and enforcement strategy.

Legal English Training

Practical legal English for contract drafting, client communication, risk explanation, negotiation comments and professional legal writing.

Drafting Exercises

Clause-based exercises where students compare weak, balanced and supplier/customer-friendly drafting options.

GDPR and Data Processing Module

Training on SaaS contracts, personal data, processor obligations, Article 28 GDPR data processing agreements, security, sub-processors and data transfer risks.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Module

Teaching materials on arbitration clauses, seat, venue, governing law, pathological clauses and enforcement of arbitral awards.

Templates and Checklists

Practical checklists for reviewing NDAs, consultancy agreements, SaaS contracts, distribution agreements and cross-border commercial contracts.
