My teaching approach combines legal doctrine, practical contract analysis and cross-border commercial risk assessment.
In International Commercial Contracts, students should understand not only the legal rules governing international transactions, but also how those rules operate in real business negotiations, contract drafting, dispute prevention and enforcement.
ContractBot Academy is built around practical legal problem-solving. Students learn to identify contractual risks, compare governing law and dispute resolution options, understand instruments such as CISG and Incoterms, and assess how clauses on liability, force majeure, delivery, payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, GDPR and compliance affect the commercial balance of a contract.

Inna Kragh brings an interdisciplinary background in international law, EU-related legal analysis, political science, business law, cross-border contract practice and LegalTech development across Denmark, the EU and wider European markets.
Her work includes drafting, reviewing and analysing international commercial contracts, including distribution, consultancy, procurement, service and B2B agreements. She works with governing law, dispute resolution, arbitration clauses, Incoterms, delivery obligations, payment terms, liability, confidentiality, GDPR and compliance risks.
Through ContractBot.eu, she also brings an applied perspective on contract automation, AI-supported drafting, digital contract workflows and the future role of lawyers in cross-border transactions.
