ContractBot TrustLayer collects the information needed to create an EUDI readiness case: company name, country, contact email, website, business type, cross-border flow, payment metadata, generated report data, and case history linked to the submitted email address.
We use this information to score readiness, create reports, send email delivery links, process Stripe payments, maintain audit logs, provide dashboard history, recover reports, and improve the service. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by ContractBot.
User case history and report links linked to email are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute reasons. Deletion can be requested where applicable.
Operational data may be stored in Cloudflare KV/R2 and processed by infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe, and Resend. Report outputs are readiness documentation and may include submitted business context.
