Payments, subscriptions and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Customers receive a Stripe receipt after successful payment.
Automatic delivery protection: if a paid digital report or subscription entitlement cannot be delivered because of a technical failure, we will first attempt to restore access. If access cannot be restored, an eligible refund is processed through Stripe to the original payment method. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
Subscription customers can manage billing, cancellation, invoices, and payment method through the Stripe Customer Portal.
