1. Service Description

ContractBot provides AI-assisted tools for generating, analyzing, and structuring legal contracts for informational and operational purposes.

2. No Legal Advice

The service does not constitute legal advice. Users remain fully responsible for reviewing and validating all generated documents.

3. User Responsibility

• Provide accurate information.
• Do not rely solely on AI-generated outputs without review.
• Comply with applicable laws, including GDPR and contract law.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• No hidden fees are charged by ContractBot.
• Subscription terms are disclosed before purchase.
• Users may cancel subscriptions at any time according to the checkout terms.

Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Customers receive a Stripe receipt after successful payment.

Automatic delivery protection: if a paid digital report or subscription entitlement cannot be delivered because of a technical failure, we will first attempt to restore access. If access cannot be restored, an eligible refund is processed through Stripe to the original payment method. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

Use the refund check link on your payment confirmation page. Subscription customers can manage billing, cancellation, invoices, and payment method through the Stripe Customer Portal.

5. Limitation of Liability

ContractBot is provided "as is". We are not liable for legal consequences of contract use, financial losses, or compliance failures arising from use of generated outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, workflows, and system logic are proprietary. Users receive a license to use generated outputs for their own business purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend access in case of abuse, fraud, unlawful use, or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Danish law.
