AI Disclaimer

Last updated: 30 April 2026

TrustLayer may use automated rules, scoring logic, and AI-assisted analysis to identify readiness signals, risk zones, compliance gaps, and recommended next steps. Outputs are decision-support materials, not official certification or legal advice.

1. Nature of AI-Assisted Outputs

AI-assisted outputs may summarize submitted context, classify risks, suggest controls, draft report language, or support readiness scoring. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable if the submitted information is incomplete or ambiguous.

2. Human Review Required

You should review all outputs before using them in legal, compliance, procurement, security, customer, or board-level decisions. The service is intended to support expert review, not replace it.

3. No Guaranteed Compliance

TrustLayer does not guarantee GDPR compliance, AI Act compliance, EUDI approval, public authority acceptance, certification status, or eligibility for any regulated trust service. Outputs describe operational readiness and engineering evidence.

4. Input Restrictions

Do not submit secrets, passwords, private keys, payment card data, special category personal data, or confidential third-party information unless a written enterprise process specifically requires and protects that information.

5. AI Act Positioning

The service is designed as a business readiness and documentation tool. It is not intended to make legally binding decisions about individuals, determine access to essential services, or replace required human assessment in regulated contexts.
