Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Customers receive a Stripe receipt after successful payment. If a paid report, subscription access, or entitlement is not delivered because of a technical failure, ContractBot will either restore access or issue a refund.

Automatic delivery protection: if a paid digital report or subscription entitlement cannot be delivered because of a technical failure, we will first attempt to restore access. If access cannot be restored, we may issue an automatic refund through Stripe. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

Use the refund check link on your payment confirmation page. If a paid report or subscription entitlement cannot be delivered because of a technical failure, our system will attempt to restore access first. If access cannot be restored, an eligible refund is processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Subscription customers can manage billing, cancellation, invoices, and payment method through the Stripe Customer Portal. Refunds are returned according to Stripe/card network processing times.
