Technical Overview

Last updated: 30 April 2026

High-level Architecture

TrustLayer is delivered as a Cloudflare Pages frontend and a dedicated Cloudflare Worker API for EUDI-related intake, payment coordination, report status, verification, health checks, and admin metrics.

APIs

Core public flows include intake creation, checkout creation, case status, report retrieval, credential verification, and health endpoints. Admin endpoints require explicit authorization.

Data Flow

A customer submits company context, completes payment through Stripe, and the EUDI service processes the case into a credential-style report, PDF artifact, verification link, and email delivery.

Security Model

The service uses HTTPS, dedicated EUDI secrets, Cloudflare KV bindings, isolated webhook secrets, token-protected admin and smoke-test endpoints, and monitoring checks for degraded or critical pipeline states.

Operational Boundaries

TrustLayer provides technical readiness and verification artifacts. It does not operate as wallet custody, official identity issuance, qualified trust service provision, or public authority infrastructure.
