Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ContractBot.dk provides AI-assisted tools for generating, analyzing, and structuring legal contracts for informational and operational purposes.

2. No Legal Advice

The Service does not constitute legal advice. Users remain fully responsible for reviewing and validating all generated documents.

3. User Responsibility

• Provide accurate information.
• Do not rely solely on AI-generated outputs without review.
• Comply with applicable laws, including GDPR and contract law.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• No hidden fees are charged by ContractBot.
• Subscription terms are disclosed before purchase.
• Users may cancel subscriptions at any time according to the checkout terms.

5. Electronic Signature and Verification

ContractBot may provide electronic signature, document verification, hash-based integrity checks, visible verification stamps, QR-code verification links and audit evidence records.

The legal effect of an electronic signature depends on the selected signature method, the identity verification level, the applicable law, the transaction type and the third-party trust service provider used.

Light electronic signatures are intended to evidence user intent, acceptance, document integrity and signing metadata, but they are not qualified electronic signatures unless expressly processed through a qualified trust service provider.

Where third-party providers such as Scrive, MitID-enabled workflows, DocuSign, Visma Addo, Penneo or another configured provider are used, the provider's own terms, identity verification rules, certificate status, service availability and legal limitations may apply.

ContractBot does not guarantee that every generated or signed document will be accepted by every court, public authority, bank, procurement authority or counterparty. Users remain responsible for selecting the appropriate signature level for their transaction.

After the demo version, ContractBot may offer stronger provider-based hard signing routes, including Scrive / MitID-enabled workflows, for transactions requiring enhanced identity verification or higher evidentiary reliability. Qualified electronic signatures, qualified electronic seals or qualified timestamps will only be described as qualified when legally supported by the relevant qualified trust service provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

ContractBot is provided "as is". We are not liable for legal consequences of contract use, financial losses, or compliance failures arising from use of generated outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, workflows, and system logic are proprietary. Users receive a license to use generated outputs for their own business purposes.

8. Termination

We may suspend access in case of abuse, fraud, unlawful use, or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Danish law.
