Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 April 2026

Important scope note: ContractBot TrustLayer provides readiness assessment, compliance engineering documentation, report generation, and operational evidence design. It is not an official EUDI wallet, qualified trust service provider, certification body, public authority, or regulated legal representation.

1. Services

TrustLayer may provide EUDI readiness snapshots, credential-style readiness reports, GDPR engineering documentation, audit-ready reports, technical demos, and related advisory or implementation services. Deliverables are decision-support artifacts for business, compliance, procurement, and technical planning.

2. Digital Products and Delivery

Paid products are digital services. A Snapshot or Report may include a trust score, risk zones, GDPR and evidence gaps, recommendations, credential metadata, and PDF or HTML report links. Delivery is normally automated after Stripe payment confirmation, but delivery times can vary due to third-party systems, PDF generation, email delivery, or infrastructure availability.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and completeness of information submitted. Do not submit secrets, passwords, private keys, payment card data, special category personal data, or confidential third-party information unless a specific written enterprise process has been agreed.

4. No Official Certification or Legal Opinion

Reports and certificates are operational readiness documentation. They do not guarantee regulatory compliance, do not replace legal advice, and do not constitute official certification, qualified trust services, government approval, or a binding legal opinion.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by ContractBot. Because the products are digital services that may start immediately after payment, refunds are assessed case-by-case. If there is a technical delivery failure, contact support and we will either reprocess delivery or evaluate a refund.

6. Availability and Changes

The service may depend on Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, PDF rendering providers, and other infrastructure. We may update product names, features, pricing, and technical flows over time. We aim to keep business-critical flows reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, misleading certification claims, security abuse, scraping, spam, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass payment, access controls, rate limits, or verification logic.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractBot and LegalTech Counsellor are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of readiness outputs. You should independently review outputs before relying on them in legal, procurement, compliance, or operational decisions.

9. Contact

For support, billing, or legal questions, contact legal@contractbot.dk.
